Ika-Mahima is the Tokelau name for our traditional dried fish—a cherished island delicacy that has been enjoyed and shared across generations.

At Ika-Nei, we prepare our Ikamahima using premium fish, carefully seasoned and slowly dried to preserve its rich flavour and natural goodness. Inspired by the traditions of Tokelau, every batch is made with respect for the way our ancestors prepared food from the sea.
