At Ika-nei, every batch of Ikamahima is prepared using traditional Tokelau methods and made in small quantities to ensure the highest quality.

Unlike mass-produced products, our Ikamahima is carefully prepared, dried, and packaged by hand. This process cannot be rushed, as we believe the time and care invested is what makes every piece special.

For this reason, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. During periods of high demand or depending on fresh fish availability and weather conditions, preparation times may be slightly longer.
